If the order value is less than Rs. 2500, we request you to self-ship the product using a courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at dd00frames@gmail.com along with your order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom Products are manufactured according to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us via email at dd00frames@gmail.com from the email associated with your order.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the return shipment, we will initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours.
If you paid online, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
For cash on delivery payments, provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code for a refund via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
